Once enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details via Stripe.
A signed contract will confirm your monthly payment plan, which will be billed every 30 days automatically.
Late payment fees will apply for missed instalments.
Course certifications will not be issued until the full course fee has been paid.
8. Work Placement Terms
Work placements are unpaid and are only available with select courses.
A minimum commitment of one day per week (9 AM – 5 PM) for three months is required.
Participants must have completed the required training before starting a placement.
If unable to secure a work placement, we will offer remote experience.
Any unauthorised absence exceeding two weeks may result in termination of the placement.
Work placements do not hold monetary value and may be discontinued without compensation.
9. Other Terms & Conditions
Students must complete their training within the specified term limit.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
The British Learning Centre reserves the right to use student testimonials and images for marketing purposes.
The following fees apply:
Hard Copy Certification Fee: AED 99
Late Payment Fee for Instalments: AED 230
Examination Fee (3 attempts): AED 250
Programme Cancellation Fee: AED 999
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government regulations or directives
Technical failures beyond our control
11. Variations & Amendments
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates, as they are legally binding.
12. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You have 14 days to cancel your enrolment after receiving your course materials.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to help@britishlearningcentre.ae.
Course materials must be returned in resaleable condition at your own expense.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days, subject to a cancellation fee.
